France Ermitage selects its flats according
to rigorous criteria. In order to ensure customer satisfaction,
France Ermitage only selects the finest flats capable of offering
the highest standards of comfort. If you are a landlord hoping
to let your property through us, there is a list of the stringent
criteria that must be met by each flat.
Centrally located flats in Paris
France Ermitage’s primary selection criterion is location.
Ideally, the flats we choose are located only in the most
prestigious areas of Paris, such as Madeleine, Opera or Etoile.
Our rental customers seek accommodation in the heart of the
city, in areas that are lively and safe, with all the basic
amenities close at hand.
Location in blocks of a high standard
France Ermitage also takes into account the aesthetic value
and prestige of the building in which your flat is situated.
Blocks in which the proposed flats are situated should have
aesthetic value and be of good standing. A charming flat in
the centre of Paris with no lift or with ill maintained
common areas would not be eligible for selection since it
would not satisfy the comfort criteria required by France
Ermitage.
Tastefully decorated and furnished flats
Before including a flat in its property portfolio, France
Ermitage always makes sure that it is decorated and furnished
comfortably and in good taste. France Ermitage’s in-house
interior designer checks each flat for the quality of its
furnishings and, if necessary, carries out some refurbishment
to make it more appealing. We may occasionally require landlords
to buy new furniture, in consultation with our interior designer.
All our short-let furnished flats in Paris
are equivalent to three-star hotel accommodation.
Flats ‘ready for occupation’
Before any flat is let out, the owner of the furnished
flat in Paris must have the electricity connected,
have a telephone land-line installed with a prepaid card system
facility and provide ADSL Internet access and cable television.
The France Ermitage maintenance team then thoroughly cleans
the flat and prepares the necessary house linen.
